Hi Dave, Just to let you know....we finally got the new stove installed, and... Its great!!!!!! This is a very good stove! So far we are happy with it. Its heating the house bringing the temp up from 56 to 59 in about 1 hr. Hopefully we will be warm....soon! Here is a pix of it installed....boy do i hate that nasty paint burn off...yuck! Dear Clearview, We wanted to let you know how much we love our Royal Isle wood stove that we purchased from you in December. It has kept us quite cozy this winter. It heats so well that we have not had to purchase fuel oil this winter, thus saving us a ton of money... My husband's favorite feature of the stove is the top load. I however prefer the front loading option. The ash removal pan is great as well. Now we don't have to wait for the fire to burn out and the ashes to cool before cleaning out the ashes. The large firebox lets us "fill and forget" and the overall appearance of the Isle Royale in our home is impressive. It has become the "heart of our home". Thank you for your friendly and honest service. We are truly satisfied with our stove and the service we received. We will highly recommend you and your line of wood stoves to anyone.
